      Not much info on it out there, at least in English. There's another pair listed for sale here: http://www.etsy.com/listing/95780340/gorgeous-earrings-1960-inar-italy-signed?ref=sr_gallery_2&ga_search_query=inar&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=US&ga_search_type=vintage
      I would date both pairs no earlier than 1980s.
