Unknown origin of hand cranked grinder

Can anyone shed any light on this grinder. Like the age, make and country of manufacture? I bought it from a auto jumble many years ago. Refurbished it and used it on many occassions. It works grea but I don't have a need for it now and am trying to get some history on it.
