Vintage Unique Green FTD Raised Leaf Design Vase

This creamer came in a lot of antique glass I got at auction. There are no hallmarks on the bottom. There is a rough pontil on the bottom. Using the soup can in the photos as size and color indicator. There are small manufacturing bubbles in the glass. The handle is applied and clear. The body goes from a deep red near the spout and then goes more to clear. The rim and the spout appears to be fire polished. Overall there is also a vertical rib optic effect, with concentric , stacked rows on the bottom.

I have no clue if this is USA or imported. Aside from it's deco-like styling, I have no indicator how old it is. I've asked folks on other social media and even did extensive image searches that turned up nothing. No one knows what it is. Any help would be appreciated.
