Vintage??? Bowl vase

I picked this up at the local markets today. I know nothing about it, not sure if it's old or new.. Its Turquoise in colour, 18cm x 18cm x 8.5cm, it came with the frog (pale turquoise) very heavy.. If anyone could help me identify it would be greatly appreciated.
