    Never seen another sign like this does anybody recognize it or know anything about it any help would be awesome not sure if it's original or altered or what please help

      That is a combination of parts from three different signs
      The base sign is Louie the Lizard, "It's A" comes from a "It's a Bud Thing" sign, and the BUD is probably from a Bud Light sign. The original Louie the Lizard sign would have has a red Budweiser tube...somebody got creative!
