    We need help in identifying this tool. My wife found this on our recent trip to Nags Head. She was told it was a "Nags Head boating tool" but we are unable to verify what it is or what it is used for. We are both Social Studies teachers and we enjoy bringing artifacts into our class. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks I believe you are correct. I was doing research and based on what you suggested I came up with a Whale Flensing Blubber Pike in several images on the web!!! We really appreciate it.
