    I'm not sure what this item is. I've seen similar multi tools that have brass extensions like this for gun cleaning ram rods ,It also has a strange wrench, See picture 3 ,A screw driver ,Knife, Made in Italy Patent Pending. About 4.5 inches closed.

      Could be. Have you tried to attatch any cleaning equipment to it? The small piece seems to be an oiler.

      Thanks fortapache, I have no cleaning rods. The small piece could be an oiler or a tool for pushing a small pin, I'm hoping some one out there recognizes it
