small Green vase with flowers

I picked this up last night... got very lucky when I popped into a local consignment and they were putting out a bunch of glass. I scooped up as much as I could with out my Husband having a fit (well at least not a big fit). No rhyme or reason to my choices other than I thought they were pretty. I don't know the maker on this or most of the others I got but I'd love to know more.

Heavy green glass with small white and red flower on each side. measures 4 1/2" tall by 3 1/4" wide.
