Hickory Rocking Chair

I acquired this rocking chair a few days ago when I was cleaning out an apartment. I recall the tenant who's age is around 53 saying that it was her mothers chair. From what pictures I have seen on Ebay, it seems to be made from hickory and similar to rocking chairs that the Indiana Hickory Furniture Company made. What stumps me in truly identifying the maker of this chair is the letters on the arm of the rocking chair. Any help would be appreciated.
