Yixing Teapot with Calligraphy / Symbols? Can someone help me identify?

hello all, I recently purchased this item - and was doing further research regarding it, but am unable to fully identify what it is. I believe it has a yxing teapot seal marking with some sort of calligraphy / symbol writing around it, but am not exactly sure. I was curious if someone could please help me identify what this teapot is? Photos are attached. I appreciate ANY help, or advise.
