BLUE & WHITE PORCELAIN DECANTER

I found this at a jumble sale,am totally clueless to its origin as the back stamp has a fleur de lie and the overall appearance is dutch,it is a liquor decanter of some sorts,looks fairly modern,so,once again,need the info from the people in the know,THANKS IN ADVANCE TO ALL THAT CONTRIBUTE.
