I got this from a very old lady, who had the neatest things. This is really old and has the old fashioned bulb. The socket reads Bryant, otherwise I find no marks. Sure would appreciate and thoughts. This stands only 4.5" tall, and the shade sits upon a metal Chinese style base. Thanks for your info.
I wonder if this isn't a perfume lamp. The little dimple in the top would act as a reservoir for your favourite scent.
