lovely "Arianda" or "Ananda" ?? signed glass vase Know the maker?

Found this vase out "saling" today. It is just lovely, the colors aren't coming through in pictures. The yellow green looks like vaseline glass- Trippy! It is signed on the bottom but I can't find any info so here I am to ask the experts. Anyone know this maker? Husband is convinced it is just some student piece that I'm wasting my time on but I don't think so. It stands right at 11" tall and is 3 1/2" across the base.
