Need help identifying this chair

I found this chair at a thirft store i central Idaho and have not found any info on it's age or origin. It's in pretty good shape; i believe the fabric might be the original one. It's construction has no screws, nails or bolts. It is all glued post in holes. It reminds me of my youth in the 60's and fascinates me. I would love to have info on it's age/origin. It is in need of restoration which I will do in cooler weather (I live in Arizona which is not kind to wood of any kind)
