Carl Tielsch? Porcelain chocolate pot

I believe this item was my grandmother's, I found it in a box of misc. kitchen items that my mother was throwing away. The maker's mark is stamped in green and is a C.T. underneath an eagle. There is no country of origin stamped. In red it has the numbers 10 10601 marked.

If anybody could offer me any information on this piece I would appreciate it. Right now it is a mystery to me. My grandmother passed away last June and I have no other way to find out about it.
