Anybody know about this bottle? Found it in Mitchellville South Carolina (Hilton Head) in ocean.

Hi, We were walking on the beach at Mitchelville South Carolina(on Hilton Head) and found this lying in the ocean at low tide. As you can see it has oysters on it. It is very thick handblown brown glass with a colorful sheen on it. An idea of the age or anything about it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!!
