Hi,
Looks like an Amberina 'brandy' glass. There's a lot going on behind the glass so it's difficult to see it properly. It's hand blown, and the rough spot on the bottom is the Pontil mark - where the glass stem was severed from the blow pipe. I think it's called a blow pipe??

Could it be Blenko? We have some Amberina Blenko glass like this. Although could be something else, too.
Nice Amberina Goblet. Hard to say who made it.
