I have done extensive research and have not been able to determine what this is. There is liquid in the attached red glass pieces with what appears to be a straw running between the two. It can rotate on the axis. There was a glass bowl attached to the top which was broken off. Would really like to know what it is. Thanks!
They look like antique glass fire extinguishers (fire grenades).
