I was rummaging through a thrift shop, found a complete dinner set of Rosenthal Thomas - Eclipse.
It's a mid Century Modern ECLIPSE orange pattern with white porcelain dinner plates, cups, bowls, side plates etc. and comes from Germany. This vibrant, modernist pattern in orange, black and white, was designed by Baumann and Brenner in the 1970s. It is discontinued and considered a highly sought-after pattern of quality.
How lucky am I to find it as it cost me $8 for all the set.
You are very very lucky! Great design here....look at the shape of the saucer, and the little handle on the cup, and the motif, and the...... lucky I say!!!
