Very nice sterling silver brooch! I don't know if the carved stone is made of Green Onyx or Jade. Also not quite sure about exactly when these were made, but lots of these available all over the internet. Thought it was a unique piece due to the head dress and how it can be moved.
Green onyx would be my guess. Yes, there are many of these on the net.
