Not looking to sell or for an appraisal. They were a gift from an old friend who has since passed away, I would never sell them. Every time I look at them, I feel like they are a part of history, which I want to know more about. I am hoping somebody here might be able to tell me their history or refer me to somebody that could.
They are 7/8th inch wide and 1 1/2 inch tall and they have the Walt Disney Productions (C) stamp on the bottom and the patent number (which is for the type of cufflink mechanism) shown in the photo dates back to 1949. I don't know what metal they are made of. They don't show any tarnish, so I doubt they are silver.
My Internet searches have yielded nothing. Any information would be appreciated.
I found gold ones and silver ones, but none quite resembled the pair you have here.
