I found a pair of these small rose brass jeweled shades in a antique mall.
All the glass jewels are intact and size of shade only 3.5 inches tall with a small 1 3/8" brass fitter ring.

Who and when were these shades manufactured? What type of light would these gorgeous shades adorn?

They were made to fit on top of a candle or oil lamp. In great shape.
