Can anyone help me identify these Silver candelabra

I picked these up at a thrift store. There was no peice that matched that would sit on the table. So I know that these are just some top pieces. I'm not to familiar with silver I'm not even sure what type of silver theses are sterling, Silver Plated ect.... but they have absolutely no identify marks (probably because they are just the tops) they are pretty heavy about 2-3 lbs peice. The tarnished color is almost Black. But also I was hoping someone would be able to identify the pattern. Any help or clues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance Sarah
