The listing for this rose bowl had indistinct pictures and I thought the décor was oil spot. It isn't oil spot but I don't what it is.....except difficult to photograph.
It looks like Mother of Pearl with tiny shreds of shiny tin foil all over it. If any one recognises this description please share! Image four, when enlarged, gives the best idea of this décor.
On the other hand, like the other two I'm posting today it has the commonly found 'mini foot' as I call it
