This stud button is from an estate sale collection. Can anyone identify the insignia on the front?

I THINK it may be associated with the International Order of Foresters (IOF) a fraternal organization. Combined with the Ancient Order of Druids (AOD). It's got a LOT going on there!

Thank you for that info! At least it gives me some info to search further. I tried fire fighting an military but no luck. There is nothing on the back.
