these two are incredible, less than one inch in diameter and painetd with so many details. I'm not sure about the age of these two or who painted them or where they are from...
the other miniatures in that collection are mainly from approx. 1760 to 1805. some of them are dated and signed by artists like Jean-Baptiste Jacques Augustin, Etienne Bouchardy, Georges Antoine Keman and a 19th century beauty by Johann Baptist Goestl in an ivory frame.
anybody knows anything about the two tiniest miniatures? age artist origin?

Fantastic miniatures collection!
They are painted on ivory waffle, but I think the clear back ground one and the silhouette/miniature are on velum.
These are really incredible! Love them!
I am a first-year master’s student in Art History at the University of Strasbourg. As part of my studies, I am conducting research under the supervision of Professor Martial Guedron focusing on the Alsatian miniaturist Georges-Antoine Keman (1765-1830).
In this post, it is mentioned that you owned two miniatures by Keman. Would it be possible to send me photographs of both front and back of the miniatures to this email address : noeline.laurent@etu.unistra.fr. Could you also provide their dimensions and their dates?
Furthermore, if you are aware of any other works or archival documents related to Georges-Antoine Keman, please do not hesitate to inform me.
Your contribution would allow me to make significant progress in my research.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Yours sincerely,
