Cute stylish blue vase, could be Italian hand blown, not sure.
It's ribbed from bottom to the mouth. Appears darker blue at the bottom, but just an illusion. Measure approximately 10" high, mouth diameter is 3.5", bottom diameter is 4" inches high. Please help Id

This could be Japanese also as they did a lot of this cased and hot worked glass. I won't say it definitely is however as the colour and the rim shape is not on my Japanese radar for this glass.
Whatever, it's a great 50s/60s vase!
