Original 1927 Howard Thurston Thurston's Dream Book

Very rare Thurston's Dream Book by Howard Thurston. This book is an extremely rare 1927 original copy. I have done research on this book and have not found another copy. I even checked the Library of Congress and out of their collection of Howard Thurston's book, this is the only one that they did not have. It has some foxing on the cover a couple wrinkles and a small tear on the bottom. There is a price of $2 in pencil at the top. The inside is in excellent condition with some very light foxing to the first page and a few pages have very minor rusting of the paper clips which does not affect the text. The back cover has some foxing and wear similar to the front. There is a small tear on the back cover.
