Auction find- seats 8 guests for dinner. It folds out like an accordion and a fifth leg drops down in the middle to support 3 leafs to make this sideboard table a table to seat 8 guests for dinner

Oh my gosh I have a table almost identical to this. I bought it about 20-25 years ago and the guy I bought it from said he had been dealing in antiques/old furniture for over 30 years and had only come across one other table like it. He told me it was a "refractory table" and very hard to find. Mine also folds up like a side board, the top flips open, a 5th leg drops down and the table telescopes out. I have 3 leaves (that came in a crate) that go in and it also seats 8. It's walnut with a thin piece of inlaid wood around the bottom of each of the four legs. There is no information written anywhere on the table so I have no idea who made it. I believe there are numbers written on the underside of one end. I have no idea what the value of the table is. I believe I paid $250 or $275 for it. I would love to find out more about it.
