An unusual bicycle tool.

This is a German-manufactured bicycle tool with ELDI -- D.R.G.M embossed on the handle. I'm told it is used for straightening bent crank arms. I presume it was used on steel crank arms. Maybe it would work on the more modern alloys, but not sure it would be a good idea.
