Hand Blown Blue Bubble Pitcher/Vase

I acquired this piece several months ago at a second hand store and have been unable to find out anything about it, any help would be greatly appreciated !. It is 6.5" tall, and 4 3/4" wide, completely square. It is a beautiful light blue color with non controlled bubbles, and it has an attached clear handle and a large polished pontail. I am assuming it is a vase although it looks like a square pitcher it has no pouring spout. I really love this beautiful piece of hand blown glass and would love to know more about it.
