    This is called a deluxe piston groove cleaner made by the all manufacturing company. It doesn't have a date on it. Can anyone date it? I read somewhere online that they were made in the 1940s 1950s but not sure.

      It looks very much like a piston ring groove cleaner/scraper . Perhaps some dimensions will help .

      Hi VBrown24, it could be from the 70's but could be older, if there is a makers name on it check there history.
