Victorian cased pink glass vase with applied thorny footed base

This Victorian vase is made from two layers of cased glass - clear over pink, with applied clear thorny feet. It measures 22 cm tall, 1.5 cm across the cut & polished top rim, & around 8.2 cm across the base. The vase also features painted decoration in gold & orange. It has a four sided form, with a circular opening at the top. I'm fairly certain this is Bohemian - if anyone has any ideas on a manufacturer is much appreciated.
