Victorian pink & blue striped cased glass basket with mica spangles

This Victorian glass basket is made from three layers of cased glass, clear over wide pink & blue bands alternating with very thin yellow stripes, silver mica spangles, & a white interior. The basket measures 12 cm tall including the clear applied handle, 11.3 cm across the crimped top rim, & 4.5 cm across the base, which has a partially polished pontil mark. I think it is perhaps of Bohemian origin.
