This was bought at a boot fair ruffle 25 years ago for 17pounds .I would guess that it is a transfer print then hand decorated with pictures. It must have tacken a lot of time to do so the hole piece is covered with pictures .as you can see from the lovely pictures. Can any one help with the mark on the bottom I have seen ones in red but never in blue many thanks
