A signed photograph of Alberto Vargas and Bill Hughes to my grandmother Harriet.
Alberto was my father's cousin. I have pictures of me sitting in his lap at my house around the age of eight.
Alberto was a very kind man.
I also have an original pencil drawing of his wife. Alberto also gave me a print of a girl with beautiful purple colored eyes the very last time I saw him. I treasure it.
I will be putting the picture up soon.

Manikin, He had so much respect for women.
I don't remember seeing Anna May, I was young. Alberto came to the house to stay a couple of days. I do remember it was their anniversary she had passed and I put a rose on his night stand to make him feel better. I was very young, but I didn't want him to be sad. Right before he left he gave me a beautiful picture of a young girl, gave me a hug. I didn't know that would be the last time I would ever see him. He was a kind man, like my father. I miss them both so much.
