Hi CW friends, I could use a little help with the ID on these late 1960s Vietnam era patches that are on a shirt I have of my (ex) Brother In-Laws I don't think he was ever deployed to Vietnam however I know he was in Germany for some time.
The first two are on the shoulders, The last two on the collar.

KMAG patch is for the Korean Military Advisory Group. If it is on the right shoulder it is a combat patch for the soldier.
Not sure on the second unit patch-- it is NOT a Divisional or unit patch I am familiar with, so most likely some sort of support unit (signal maybe) patch.
Crossed signal flags is the branch insignia for Signal Corps.
Silver Oak leaf is the rank insignia for a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC).

The crossed flags I thought might be signal but didn't want to guess and it's nice to know,

The patch on his right shoulder, AS WORN, would be a combat patch and signifies services in a combat area.
As a LTC, he most likely served for 20 years or more.
A photo of the entire uniform would be nice to see. Suspect it is earlier than VN.

Wonder if he stole it as that sounds more like him then LTC - He served 4 years if that, I can remove the buttons from it take a photo of the shirt (all I have)

Most are good people but not this one , I backspaced his story, I kept it for my nephew but he didn't want anything from him so it's been hanging around for near 50 years.
Second shoulder patch is The Republic of Korea, Korean 1st Army
