Old Cobalt Blue Bottle

This is a small Vicks Nose Drops bottle. It is a deep cobalt blue and measures approximately 3.25" x 1.25". The seams do not go over the top, and the bottom has an embossed triangle in the middle with a dot on one side of the triangle and a 4 on the other side of the triangle and around the bottom it says Vicks Nose Drops. The top at the base of the neck has a seam going around it. The seams on one side looks like they did one at the wrong place and made another seam. The other side looks like the seam faded part way through and then came back. It is a unique shape, and I love the bottle. The dropper was not salvageable. I am guessing 1934 or 1944. If anyone can date the bottle for sure, it would be much appreciated.
