I purchased this at a yard sale in Texas a couple years back and have tried my best to find out information about it. Only marking on bottom is "Wanda's " in cursive. I have used it as a hanging planter but took it down as i'm afraid it will get damaged. It is ceramic and pretty cool for a pot.
Perhaps something made by a pottery student. It's adorable!
