Confirmation on Svoboda vase please

I purchased this amazing vase. It is signed and labelled so I know it is a Svoboda vase but I would like to confirm that the signature is Jaroslav Svoboda. Is this a newer piece? The label is missing the red circle that I see on other labels online so does this mean anything?

10 1/8" high x 3 inches wide x 1 1/2 thick.
