Are these for blacksmith, farrier, auto body, tires, etc... need help PLEASE in knowing what they do.

I think they are some type of turning tools (check lathe) due to the lengths of the handles and strong shafts.

These tools are used with a lathe. They are metal spinners tools. This method of metal forming dates back over a thousand years. Your tools are not that old.
