I found this painting at a thrift store and love it. Can anyone tell me info about it or the artist. Having trouble looking it up. Tried all different spellings if what appeared to be the artist name . Does anyone know the title of this.

Title is "Spring in Norrebro"..which is a Town in Copenhagen
