    End of the year quandry, this is a 13" Majolica Planter. It has grape vine design in a basket design. Green glaze, no makers mark. The inside is cream color with crackling. I call it a planter because it has residue of the green stuff they use to hold the flowers in place. I dont think it weighs enough to be an umbrella stand.Thanks. Enjoy the New Year.
