Amazing Circular Letter 1890

I found this Circular Letter folded in a pamphlet from the Troy Orphans Asylum in Troy New York. It’s dated 12/13/1890 I believe, the date is in the middle. I was amazed at this writer H.P. Boyle’s ability to be so precise with the rings of the circle, especially because it’s all free hand. I have never seen a letter written like this, and I am sure that very few people even accomplished writers with a steady hand can achieve this. I would not recommend trying to read it in one sitting after turning the letter round and round from line to line, I got the worst headache for about an hour. The subject matter jumps around, which seems consistent with an Asylum. I hope you enjoy my letter, I’m glad it wasn’t lost to time.
