The glass is blown with smoothed out pontil. The glass is thick 7 Up colored green glass it has no patina like some Loetz. The overlay is not connected to the glass and the glass base is worn with age. I can’t find silver marks on the metal and no makers mark on the glass. It seems Deco to me. The metal cleaned using silver cleaner and looks like silver.???
