I found this at the swap meet and got home and noticed that there was an etched marking on the bottom with a number. Would like to know more about it and the maker. It is approximately 7.5” tall colbalt blue glass with an iridescent glazing, the leaves(?) design feels as if it was laid into the glass. I may not be reading the marking correctly but it looks like O&Y with a etched number of S1609P6. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I just love the vase even if it’s not from a professional glass artist!

It looks like Orient and Flume and they only spelled out the name on pieces that they felt came out perfect. I might be wrong but it's a possibility.
What ever it is, it look pretty perfect to me.
