This is a rattling object that I found in a box of old photos from the 1930's.
It is only 1 1/4" long and once had writing on it, I think.
I had to list it as Unsolved Mystery because I didn't realize that it opened and had dice in it.
You were right BINGO....I love you all for your brains.
I have added a photo to show what we found because of your suggestion!
Looks like a seam around the end like it is a screw off cap. A baby would choke on something only 1 inch tall. It looks bigger than 1 inch, like a sewing needle holder.
You are so smart. CHECK OUT WHAT WAS INSIDE. (SEE THE LAST PHOTO)
Have to get there early to get a back seat at mud wrestling. LOL !
