I found this in an old trunk I bid on at an auction. I cleaned it up and took a soft buffing cloth to it.
This is a Ford Fire Chief S - 283 model car.
It has the original box with the maker and patent information.
One thing to note is that it does not have the little red cap that fits where the light is supposed to be. It was not in the box.
The car itself is in unusually good condition paint-wise. It has the original box.
