Novelty, Real ?? 2-cent postcard stamp on bottom

Estate sale find United States 2-cent red Lincoln postcard with the stamp on the bottom. I tried researching Avalon stamp company and to no avail I could find any information on this type of stamp that was produced by them as they stated in Washington as on the back of of the envelope. any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
