Hey were, the Button is a Vintage Military USAF Button 13 Star Eagle made by
Scoville MFG WATERBURY, CONN. or by Shields ATTLEBORO, MASS After the Sterling is that 1950 or something else, but not enough to know the maker of the Clip! I hope this helps, good luck and nice find! :^D Always Wear a Mask, when you are out in the public to help stop the Spread of COVID-19! :^)
